Sober Curious

For many of us, getting Sober Curious starts with a simple question: Would my life be better without alcohol? The only way to find out is to put the cork back in the bottle, open your eyes, and see.

Do you ever wake up swearing you’ll never drink again… only to find yourself pouring a glass of wine by dinnertime?

Yeah, we’ve been there. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone.

We live in a culture where drinking is the norm, but the resources for exploring your relationship with alcohol? Pretty limited. If AA doesn’t feel like your vibe, it’s easy to feel stuck—like there’s something wrong with you. But guess what? There’s not. There’s just another way to do this.

Meet Sober Curious

Sober Curious is an 8-week virtual group for women who want to take a closer look at their drinking habits—without pressure, shame, or a lifelong commitment to sobriety.

This isn’t about never drinking again. It’s about stepping into your fullest, most confident, most you self. It’s about creating a life so damn good you don’t feel the need to escape from it.

What You’ll Get

Together, we’ll take a judgment-free, real-talk approach to examining alcohol’s role in your life. This group is here to help you:

  • Get curious about why you drink

  • Notice how alcohol impacts your mind, body, and emotions

  • Learn healthier ways to unwind and handle stress

  • Find support and community with like-minded women

We believe your drinking habits deserve the same reflection as anything else in your wellness routine—your skincare, your workouts, your therapy. The big question we’ll explore together is: Is this habit actually serving me? And if it’s not, what is it doing for me? Let’s start there.
