Vedanti Solanki (she/her)
For those of us who identify as Indian, South Asian, or part of the Indian Diaspora, we face a complicated balancing act of living in the ‘in-between.’
Born and raised in a collectivistic culture, I intimately understand the importance of validation and support, especially during tough times. As an Asian Indian woman, I am deeply committed to empowering individuals from minority backgrounds to embrace their true selves and confidently navigate their unique journeys. I specialize in working with anxiety and depression, as well as navigating South Asian mental health, first-gen identity issues, & cultural stress.
Cindy Collins (she/her)
I specialize in working with trauma and PTSD using neurological approaches to address the many manifestations of trauma such as depression, shame, addiction, and anxiety.
Using various trauma treatments, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), and Cognitive Process Therapy (CPT), we will work together to will support you in exploring your past experiences in a safe space, at your own pace so that you can get past your past and live a meaningful, and embodied life.
Therapy can be scary and taking the first step of reaching out for a consultation call is the scariest step because there are so many unknowns and “what ifs?” involved. My clients have shared that after that the first call, they feel less anxiety moving forward and their anxiety significantly reduces with each session.
